Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SL Cat VPN ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SL Cat VPN provides a device-locked VPN service designed for Sri Lankan users. Our service includes:

  • Secure VPN connection with AES-256 encryption
  • Device-locked configuration files
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • 24/7 customer support
3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Verify your email address
  • Verify your Telegram account
  • Provide a valid device ID
  • Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Device-Locked Policy

Each subscription is locked to a single device ID. You may not:

  • Share your VPN configuration with others
  • Use the service on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Attempt to bypass device authentication

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Payment

  • All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
  • Payment proof must be uploaded for verification
  • Subscriptions are activated after admin approval

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated. We recommend starting with our weekly plan to test the service.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new subscription before expiry to continue using the service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Hacking, phishing, or malware distribution
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Activities that violate Sri Lankan law
  • Excessive bandwidth abuse that affects other users
7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • Security updates
  • Force majeure events
8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse our support team
  • Share your account credentials

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

SL Cat VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Telegram.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
